Gleichzeitig bauen Entwickler ohne die richtigen Spezifikationen m\u00f6glicherweise nicht das, was f\u00fcr unsere Kunden wirklich n\u00fctzlich ist. Um dieses Problem zu l\u00f6sen, haben wir beschlossen, etwas auszuprobieren, und zum Gl\u00fcck hat es gut funktioniert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Von einem britischen Pub lernen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als ich in Gro\u00dfbritannien lebe, wo wir keine Trinkgeldkultur haben, ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Barkeeper klingelt, wenn jemand in einem Pub Trinkgeld gibt. Die Hoffnung ist, dass, indem man ein gro\u00dfes Trinkgeld feiert und alle wissen l\u00e4sst: 1) Trinker k\u00f6nnen gr\u00f6\u00dfere Trinkgelder hinterlassen, und 2) das Personal wird daran erinnert, dass sie Trinkgeld bekommen k\u00f6nnen, wenn sie gute Arbeit leisten. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Unser Marketingziel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei <a href=\"http:\/\/hubs.ly\/y0WTfv0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CityFALCON<\/a>, waren wir mit monatlichen Einzelbesuchern zufrieden, die heute bei 4,5.000 pro Monat liegen. Durch den Trichter wollten wir diese in registrierte und dann aktive Benutzer umwandeln. Mein Ziel f\u00fcr das Team war es, 1000 registrierte Benutzer zu erreichen (das mag f\u00fcr andere im Verbraucherbereich nicht nach viel klingen, aber wir glauben, dass es ein guter Start f\u00fcr ein Fintech-Produkt ist). \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also haben wir im Juli diese $25 Glocke f\u00fcr das Team gekauft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cityfalcon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_1600.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 100%; height: auto;\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-229\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cityfalcon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG_1600-1024x703.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1600\" width=\"676\" height=\"464\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Idee war einfach. Jedes Mal, wenn wir eine neue Registrierung haben, klingelt jemand im Team, damit andere im Raum Bescheid wissen. An einem Tag, an dem Sie die Glocke ein paar Mal am Tag nicht h\u00f6rten, wusste das Team, dass es etwas tun musste. Nachdem wir begonnen hatten, die Glocke zu verwenden, verbrachten unsere Entwickler mehr Zeit als Benutzer auf der Website und versuchten zu sehen, ob es M\u00f6glichkeiten gibt, wie wir Traffic in Registrierungen umwandeln k\u00f6nnen.
