Warum sammeln einige Startups in ihren Seed-Runden Millionen ein, w\u00e4hrend andere gezwungen sind, sich mit weniger als einer Million zu bewerten? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obwohl ich im Finanzwesen gearbeitet, Strategie- und M&amp;A-Positionen innehatte, einen ACA- und einen MBA-Abschluss habe, \u00e4nderte sich mein Verst\u00e4ndnis davon, wie man Startups und ihre Bewertung betrachtet, erst, nachdem ich den Fundraising-Prozess f\u00fcr mein Startup durchlaufen hatte. <a href=\"http:\/\/cityfalcon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CityFALCON<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe mich mit mindestens 80 Investoren getroffen; einschlie\u00dflich Angels, VCs, Family Offices, Corporate-Venture-Teams usw., und nat\u00fcrlich habe ich viel gelernt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich habe auch gelernt, Parallelen zu den \u00f6ffentlichen M\u00e4rkten zu sehen. Mein Verst\u00e4ndnis davon hat sich stark verbessert, indem ich Neulingen beim Einstieg in die M\u00e4rkte als Teil des geholfen habe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meetup.com\/london-investing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Londoner Value Investing Club<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Was bestimmt den Wert eines Startups oder eines finanziellen Verm\u00f6genswerts?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sie werden oft h\u00f6ren: \u201eEin Startup sollte sich nach seinem fundamentalen Wert bewerten, unabh\u00e4ngig von Steuervorteilen oder irgendetwas anderem\u201c. Warum ist dann eine mit den gleichen Materialien gebaute Wohnung in London teurer als eine Wohnung im l\u00e4ndlichen Indien? Warum wird Gold in einem Jahr bei $1900 und in einem anderen bei $1200 gehandelt?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Wert eines Verm\u00f6genswerts \u2013 seien es Aktien, Anleihen, Gold oder Start-ups \u2013 h\u00e4ngt von zwei Faktoren ab: NACHFRAGE &amp; ANGEBOT. Es ist einfach, aber etwas, das in all den Gespr\u00e4chen rund um Startups oft vergessen wird. Dies gilt nat\u00fcrlich nur in einem freien Markt, und der Wert kann durch Vorschriften in einem kontrollierten Markt beeinflusst werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Die einen Kosten, die die meisten Menschen ignorieren, wenn sie nach Investitionen oder anderen Gelegenheiten im Leben suchen \u2013 OPPORTUNIT\u00c4TSKOSTEN<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein potenzieller Investor sagte einmal zu mir: \u201eWas verlieren Sie, wenn Ihr Startup scheitert? Ich verliere mein Geld, w\u00e4hrend du einen Job bekommst\u201c.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CityFALCON ist mein Baby. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie nur eine 10%-Chance zu \u00fcberleben hat, aber ich werde alles tun, um sie am Leben zu erhalten. Mein Streben, mein Startup \u00fcber Wasser zu halten, ging manchmal auf Kosten meiner Gesundheit, meiner Beziehungen und jeder anderen Facette meines Privatlebens. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ich<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn Sie nicht von Ihrem Startup besessen sind, verschwenden Sie Ihre Zeit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Sie k\u00f6nnten einen Job in einem Unternehmen bekommen, und mit der Art und Weise, wie die Geh\u00e4lter in der Tech-Welt explodieren, k\u00f6nnten Sie in der Tat ein ziemlich luxuri\u00f6ses Leben f\u00fchren. Ein Startup ist ein Spiel, das f\u00fcnf, sechs oder sieben Jahre dauert. Sie k\u00f6nnen dies an bereits erfolgten Ausstiegen und an Reverse-Vesting-Bedingungen erkennen, die VCs Ihren Term Sheets hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wenn Ihre Investoren Ihnen also Geld geben, vergessen Sie nicht, dass Sie auch einen Beitrag leisten. Du verpflichtest mindestens die n\u00e4chsten 5 Jahre deines Lebens, dein Blut, deinen Schwei\u00df (und manchmal auch deine Tr\u00e4nen) f\u00fcr dein Startup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nat\u00fcrlich verdient jeder ein anderes Gehalt. Aber nehmen wir an, ein Unternehmer, der die Mumm hat (sorry, ich versuche hier nicht, sexistisch zu sein), um ein Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden, ist mindestens 75.000 \u00a3 pro Jahr wert, und die Zahl k\u00f6nnte je nach Niveau zwischen 200.000 und 300.000 \u00a3 liegen . Nehmen wir f\u00fcr unser Beispiel hier 100.000 \u00a3 als Arbeitsgehalt.
