Ein Start-up zu gr\u00fcnden ist ein gro\u00dfes Unterfangen, das auch viel Risiko mit sich bringt. Leider scheitern in der wettbewerbsorientierten Welt, in der wir leben, und insbesondere in der derzeit manchmal gef\u00e4hrlichen wirtschaftlichen Lage der Welt, viele Start-ups innerhalb ihres ersten Jahres. Es wird oft behauptet, dass 80% von Unternehmen letztendlich liquidiert wird, und dies kann Menschen davon abhalten, selbst Gesch\u00e4fte zu machen.<\/p>\n

Aber wenn Sie eine gute Idee haben, sich das Wissen aneignen, das Sie brauchen, um sie zum Laufen zu bringen, und die Leidenschaft haben, hart zu arbeiten und sie zum Erfolg zu f\u00fchren, dann gibt es keinen Grund, dass Ihr Start-up so enden sollte. Es lohnt sich immer daran zu denken, dass so ziemlich alle der gr\u00f6\u00dften Unternehmen der Welt heute als kleine Unternehmen begannen.<\/p>\n

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren sehr eng mit Startups und angehenden Unternehmern zusammengearbeitet und festgestellt, dass die meisten Gr\u00fcnder zwar eine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das haben, was sie tun, aber manchmal mit wirtschaftlichen und sogar den einfachsten finanziellen Problemen zu k\u00e4mpfen haben. Einige sind sich m\u00f6glicherweise der finanziellen Vorteile nicht bewusst, die von der Regierung, Unternehmen und Akzeleratoren angeboten werden, und verlieren m\u00f6glicherweise einige niedrig h\u00e4ngende Fr\u00fcchte, weil sie nicht \u00fcber ausreichende Kenntnisse im Finanzbereich verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Ein Startup, mit dem ich zusammengearbeitet habe, war sich der F&E-Steuergutschriften der HMRC nicht bewusst, und als ich sie darauf aufmerksam machte, konnten sie Zehntausende von Pfund als Gutschrift beanspruchen. Ich stellte einem anderen Startup die Rechtsdokumente zur Verf\u00fcgung, die ich f\u00fcr CityFALCON erstellt hatte, und es gelang ihnen, Tausende von Pfund an Anwaltskosten zu sparen.<\/p>\n

Jeder neue Unternehmer steht vor sehr \u00e4hnlichen Problemen, wenn es um die Gr\u00fcndung, das Fundraising, die Skalierung und den Ausstieg aus seinem Unternehmen geht, aber Startup-Unternehmer scheinen das Rad jedes Mal neu zu erfinden.
