Benutzer-\/Umsatztraktion, dh \u201ewie viele Benutzer haben Sie oder wie viel Umsatz erzielen Sie\u201c, ist das Standard-Investitionskriterium, das von den meisten Investoren verwendet wird, seien es Einzelpersonen, VCs oder Family Offices. Produkt-Start-ups sind von Natur aus mit einem h\u00f6heren Risiko verbunden, und Anleger m\u00f6gen kein Risiko, obwohl sie hohe Renditen erzielen m\u00f6chten. Aus diesem Grund sehen wir keine Produkt-Start-ups wie Facebook, Linkedin oder Twitter aus Gro\u00dfbritannien kommen. Start-ups, die eine F\u00f6rderung erhalten, sind in der Regel Dienstleistungs-Start-ups. Wir bei\u00a0 <a title=\"http:\/\/hubs.ly\/y0Vg8X0\" href=\"http:\/\/hubs.ly\/y0Vg8X0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CityFALCON<\/a>\u00a0mussten 9 Monate damit verbringen, unser Produkt zu entwickeln!<\/p>\n<p>Was ist also der Unterschied zwischen einem Produkt- und einem Dienstleistungs-Startup? Denken Sie an jemanden, der ein Airbnb-Rent-to-Let-Modell, eine ausgelagerte Entwicklung oder eine Designagentur gr\u00fcndet \u2013 all dies sind Dienstleistungs-Start-ups. In der Regel k\u00f6nnen Sie ab dem 1. oder 2. Monat Geld verdienen. Bei einem Produktgesch\u00e4ft m\u00fcssen Sie etwas Geld \u201everbrennen\u201c, um ein Produkt entwickeln zu k\u00f6nnen, und einige Produktunternehmen, die heute erfolgreich sind, haben in ihrem ersten Gesch\u00e4ft keinen Cent verdient Betriebsjahr. Es ist der Vorteil und die Skalierbarkeit des Projekts. Bei den meisten gut gebauten Produkten kann das gesamte Team am Strand sein und Sie k\u00f6nnen immer noch neue Benutzer und Einnahmen gewinnen.
