Wir m\u00f6chten uns nat\u00fcrlich revanchieren, indem wir unseren gerechten Anteil an Steuern zahlen, Mitarbeiter in Gro\u00dfbritannien einstellen, andere Unternehmer und Unternehmen unterst\u00fctzen und London helfen, den Titel der FinTech-Hauptstadt der Welt zu behalten. Aber als Start-up m\u00fcssen wir schlank, wendig, effizient und vor allem \u00fcberleben! Tats\u00e4chlich wurden die Mitarbeiter, die mit uns in Gro\u00dfbritannien zusammenarbeiten, aufgrund ihres vorbildlichen Engagements und ihrer Einstellung ausgew\u00e4hlt. Ich w\u00fcrde zugeben, dass auch ich mich eines \u00e4hnlichen Verhaltens schuldig gemacht haben k\u00f6nnte, w\u00e4hrend ich in einem bequemen Firmenjob war.<\/p>\n<p>Im Allgemeinen haben wir im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich jedoch zu viele soziale Ablenkungen, haben die Unterst\u00fctzung der staatlichen Sozialversicherung, was bedeutet, dass wir uns m\u00f6glicherweise nicht wirklich um den Erfolg eines Unternehmens k\u00fcmmern und nur wenige Stunden am Tag der erforderlichen acht effektiv arbeiten Stunden und tun nur das, was man uns sagt. Andererseits stellen wir fest, dass Mitarbeiter, die wir aus Schwellenl\u00e4ndern einstellen, proaktiver und effizienter sind und effektivere Arbeitszeiten haben als Mitarbeiter in Gro\u00dfbritannien.
