Cuando decimos fracasos, no nos referimos a sus &quot;debilidades&quot; al estilo de la entrevista de trabajo que en realidad demuestran una fortaleza, sino a verdaderos fracasos empresariales que hemos aceptado y de los que hemos aprendido.<\/p>\n<p><b>El video &#039;no tan viral&#039;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Todas las empresas emergentes desean imitar el \u00e9xito de los principales videos de marketing viral, como el video utilizado por &#039;Dollar Shave Club&#039;, que recibi\u00f3 millones de visitas y convirti\u00f3 a muchos espectadores en clientes. El objetivo idealista es que tras la distribuci\u00f3n de su video de marketing viral exitoso, su empresa reciba un inter\u00e9s de adquisici\u00f3n sustancial, el objetivo final de muchas empresas emergentes. Un video de marketing viral es m\u00e1s aplicable cuando el producto o servicio es relevante para un mercado objetivo masivo, donde los espectadores tomar\u00e1n la iniciativa de enviar el video a sus amigos o compartirlo en las redes sociales dada su relevancia general. Teniendo esto en cuenta para futuros videos, hemos decidido dise\u00f1ar nuestros videos mejor para nuestros clientes objetivo, destacando las caracter\u00edsticas y especificaciones del producto y minimizando los llamativos trucos de marketing. Si bien, en principio, esperamos que todos los miembros de nuestro equipo est\u00e9n motivados por los mismos factores, principalmente los ingresos, esto ha demostrado estar lejos de ser el caso. Los empresarios son muy diferentes del empleado tradicional y tienen una participaci\u00f3n mucho mayor en la empresa. Por tanto, factores como el trabajo interesante, un entorno laboral estimulante, planes de crecimiento activo y una cultura laboral emprendedora adquieren un papel m\u00e1s importante en el impulso de nuestros empleados. Una cosa que he aprendido personalmente como director ejecutivo de CityFALCON es que no siempre se puede motivar a las personas con dinero. De hecho, perd\u00ed a uno de mis desarrolladores estrella en 2015, porque no me di cuenta de que estaba motivado \u00fanicamente por la calidad del trabajo. El dinero y todo lo dem\u00e1s era secundario. De cara al futuro, aprendimos la importancia de fomentar una cultura laboral estimulante y emprendedora, donde a nuestros empleados se les brinde constantemente la oportunidad de diversificarse y abordar nuevos proyectos, y se les anime a perseguir su propio aprendizaje. Hemos tomado medidas activas para informar e involucrar mejor a nuestros empleados en la toma de decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas de la empresa y solidificar la din\u00e1mica de nuestro equipo a trav\u00e9s de un mayor n\u00famero de reuniones y actividades de equipo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Los bots no siempre funcionan<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pas\u00e1bamos demasiado tiempo comercializando manualmente en una red social. El trabajo fue muy sistem\u00e1tico y por eso decidimos utilizar su API y automatizar todo el proceso. Tuvimos un desarrollador trabajando en \u00e9l durante un mes, pero el an\u00e1lisis de costo-beneficio realizado vali\u00f3 la pena. Cuando est\u00e1bamos listos para el lanzamiento, el equipo estaba s\u00faper emocionado y listo para relajarse mientras un bot hac\u00eda todo el marketing. Poco sab\u00edamos que tan pronto como lo lanzamos, la red social lo detect\u00f3 como spam y todo nuestro trabajo se desperdici\u00f3. En retrospectiva, deber\u00edamos haber construido un prototipo y haberlo probado antes de pasar un mes en \u00e9l. Siempre es bueno ce\u00f1irse a los conceptos b\u00e1sicos de una puesta en marcha ajustada.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ser prohibido por un sitio importante durante el growth hacking<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Contamos con un equipo de marketing joven y en\u00e9rgico y, a veces, con toda la emoci\u00f3n, podemos darnos el gusto de autopromocionarnos. Uno de los sitios que nos tra\u00eda mucho tr\u00e1fico nos prohibi\u00f3 por romper sus reglas de autopromoci\u00f3n. Tuvimos conversaciones con ellos, pero tuvimos que sufrir una prohibici\u00f3n de seis meses en el sitio.
