Naturalmente, deseamos devolver el favor pagando nuestra parte justa de impuestos, contratando personas en el Reino Unido, apoyando a otros emprendedores y empresas y ayudando a Londres a retener el t\u00edtulo de capital mundial de FinTech. Pero como start-up, necesitamos ser esbeltos, \u00e1giles, eficientes y, sobre todo, \u00a1tenemos que SOBREVIVIR! Hemos recaudado capital inicial y solo podremos durar unos meses, as\u00ed que tenemos que aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo nuestro dinero y nuestro tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burocracia: contrataci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n, despido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contratar a una persona en el Reino Unido requiere que cree un contrato y que administre el procesamiento de la n\u00f3mina y los pagos de su banco. No es f\u00e1cil despedir a un empleado cuyo desempe\u00f1o no est\u00e1 a la altura; debe seguir un largo proceso y puede exponerse a un litigio.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, contratar a trav\u00e9s de eLance es simple: encuentre a la persona, use contratos est\u00e1ndar, apruebe hojas de tiempo y el pago se debita en PayPal. \u00a1Sencillo!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falta de talento tecnol\u00f3gico adecuado en el Reino Unido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si usted es un contratista en el Reino Unido, le encantar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n actual: no hay suficiente talento de calidad en el pa\u00eds; en consecuencia, sus tarifas diarias aumentan. Por otro lado, como empresa, puede haber problemas para encontrar personas con las habilidades que necesita, e incluso si las tiene, no puede pagarlas. De hecho, las personas que trabajan con nosotros en el Reino Unido han sido seleccionadas en funci\u00f3n de su compromiso y actitud ejemplares.
