Dans le m\u00eame temps, sans sp\u00e9cifications appropri\u00e9es, les d\u00e9veloppeurs peuvent ne pas cr\u00e9er ce qui est r\u00e9ellement utile pour nos clients. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#039;essayer quelque chose, et heureusement pour nous, cela a bien fonctionn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprendre dans un pub britannique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivant au Royaume-Uni, o\u00f9 nous n&#039;avons pas de culture du pourboire, j&#039;ai remarqu\u00e9 que lorsque quelqu&#039;un pourboire dans un pub, le barman sonne une cloche. L&#039;espoir est qu&#039;en c\u00e9l\u00e9brant un gros pourboire et en faisant savoir \u00e0 tout le monde: 1) les buveurs peuvent laisser de plus gros pourboires, et 2) le personnel se rappellera qu&#039;ils peuvent obtenir des pourboires s&#039;ils font du bon travail. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notre objectif marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 <a href=\"http:\/\/hubs.ly\/y0WTfv0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CityFALCON<\/a>, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfaits des visiteurs uniques mensuels qui s&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8vent aujourd&#039;hui \u00e0 4,5K par mois. En travaillant \u00e0 travers l&#039;entonnoir, nous voulions les convertir en utilisateurs enregistr\u00e9s puis actifs.
