Quando diciamo fallimenti, non ci riferiamo alle tue &quot;debolezze&quot; da colloquio di lavoro che in realt\u00e0 dimostrano una forza, ma piuttosto a veri e propri fallimenti imprenditoriali che abbiamo accettato e da cui abbiamo imparato.<\/p>\n<p><b>Il video &#039;poco virale&#039;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ogni start-up desidera imitare il successo dei migliori video di marketing virale, come il video utilizzato da &quot;Dollar Shave Club&quot;, che ha ricevuto milioni di visualizzazioni e ha convertito molti spettatori in clienti. L&#039;obiettivo idealistico \u00e8 che dopo la distribuzione del tuo video di marketing virale di successo, la tua azienda ricever\u00e0 un notevole interesse per l&#039;acquisizione, l&#039;obiettivo finale per molte start-up. Una cosa che ho imparato personalmente come CEO di CityFALCON \u00e8 che non puoi sempre motivare le persone con i soldi. In effetti, ho perso uno dei miei sviluppatori di punta nel 2015, perch\u00e9 non mi sono reso conto che era motivato esclusivamente dalla qualit\u00e0 del lavoro. Il denaro e tutto il resto erano secondari. Andando avanti, abbiamo imparato l&#039;importanza di promuovere una cultura del lavoro stimolante e imprenditoriale, in cui ai nostri dipendenti viene costantemente offerta l&#039;opportunit\u00e0 di espandersi e affrontare nuovi progetti e incoraggiati a perseguire il proprio autoapprendimento. Abbiamo adottato misure attive per informare e coinvolgere meglio i nostri dipendenti nel processo decisionale strategico dell&#039;azienda e consolidare la dinamica del nostro team attraverso un numero maggiore di riunioni e attivit\u00e0 di gruppo.<\/p>\n<p><b>I bot non sempre funzionano<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Passavamo troppo tempo a fare marketing manualmente su un social network. Il lavoro \u00e8 stato molto sistematico e quindi abbiamo deciso di utilizzare la loro API e automatizzare l&#039;intero processo. Abbiamo avuto uno sviluppatore che ci ha lavorato per un mese, ma ne \u00e8 valsa la pena. Quando eravamo pronti per il lancio, il team era super eccitato e pronto a rilassarsi mentre un bot si occupava di tutto il marketing. Non sapevamo che non appena l&#039;abbiamo lanciato, il social network lo ha rilevato come spam e tutto il nostro lavoro \u00e8 andato sprecato. Col senno di poi, avremmo dovuto costruire un prototipo e testarlo prima di dedicarci un mese. Sempre bene attenersi alle basi di una lean start-up.<\/p>\n<p><b>Essere bandito da un sito importante durante l&#039;hacking della crescita<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo un team di marketing giovane ed energico e, a volte, in tutta l&#039;eccitazione, possiamo dedicarci all&#039;autopromozione. Uno dei siti che ci portava molto traffico ci ha bannato per aver infranto le regole di autopromozione. Abbiamo discusso con loro ma abbiamo dovuto subire un divieto di sei mesi sul sito. Le cose sono tornate alla normalit\u00e0 ora, ma una lezione ben appresa.<\/p>\n<p><b>Conclusione<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Come squadra siamo pronti per il fallimento e i fallimenti significano che ci stiamo impegnando molto.
