Vorrei condividere alcune delle cose che abbiamo imparato dai nostri sforzi con i freelance e cose a cui ti consigliamo di fare attenzione.<\/p>\n<h3>Un account Skype, pi\u00f9 utenti<\/h3>\n<p>Un problema pu\u00f2 essere un account Skype solitario distribuito su pi\u00f9 persone. Non fidarti semplicemente della loro parola, ricerca ci\u00f2 che funzioner\u00e0 meglio per te e insisti affinch\u00e9 lo utilizzino.<\/p>\n<h3>Subappalto<\/h3>\n<p>Quando si assegna il lavoro ad alcune societ\u00e0 IT non si pu\u00f2 essere certi che le attivit\u00e0 verranno svolte internamente. \u00c8 sempre preferibile che le attivit\u00e0 vengano svolte internamente dalle aziende, piuttosto che subappaltarle.<\/p>\n<h3>La maggior parte delle aziende consiglia sviluppatori junior<\/h3>\n<p>Con gli stipendi per gli sviluppatori di livello medio e senior in aumento significativo, poich\u00e9 la maggior parte delle agenzie tenta di essere competitiva in un mercato globale spietato, alcune aziende consiglieranno sviluppatori junior per ottenere margini pi\u00f9 elevati. Ma come qualcuno che capisce la programmazione, preferirei assumere uno sviluppatore senior piuttosto che uno sviluppatore junior... anche se il costo \u00e8 doppio.<\/p>\n<h3>Qualit\u00e0 del codice e testing<\/h3>\n<p>Sebbene il prodotto possa sembrare carino e funzionale all&#039;esterno, gli sviluppatori potrebbero non aver documentato correttamente il codice. Inoltre, i test non sono seguiti religiosamente dalla maggior parte per risparmiare sui costi.
